Our virtual practice or online practice concept is fast becoming commonplace in the legal market. It is also known as a virtual law office. This feature allows you to communicate quickly and securely regardless of the time 
of day or where you’re physically located, with your attorney(s). Many of our clients are located all over the United States, some internationally. Once you register, you will have your own secure, private client portal from which you can interact with me to obtain the legal services you need. You will be able to check the status of your legal matter upload legal documents and attorney-client communications which you can access 24/7 from the comfort and privacy of your home or office. You can also make any payments via the secured portal.

Follow these steps:
1. Register Online and create a Logon name. Upon registration, we will be in constant communication via discussions on your online client account and on the phone. You will always be able to check the status of your legal matter online, as well as to open a new matter and receive legal services when you need them, 24/7.
2. We can communicate via telephone and Skype. Anytime you want to speak to an attorney, all you have to do is call to schedule an appointment or schedule a Skype meeting. We are available by phone from 9am – 5pm EST. You can reach us at (704) 325-8057.
How do I get started?
We will schedule a consultation where we can learn more about you and your legal issues discuss your legal needs, and answer any questions you may have about pricing and how our virtual practice works. Keep in mind, we have a physical office and can schedule appointments for clients who live closer to our office.
The next step after you decide to become a client is to register for the Virtual Practice.
You will receive a welcome message from. We will send an intake form, questionnaire and an invoice. You can make payments online if you like, if not you can mail any payments to our office.

Our virtual law office software uses a level of security comparable to what online banks and government agencies use. Only you can access your private and secure Virtual Law page. Unlike email, which is generally unencrypted, our communications are completely secure, using the highest industry standards of secure HTTP. All of your documents are backed up with secured servers.
